Two sides to the business, both on Brockley Rise. The farm shop is open seven days a week. The delivery operation packs subscription boxes from the same building and ships across London six days a week, and to the rest of the UK by tracked courier.
Run by three of us: Mat, Berouz, Mattia. We are always interested in meeting the right person, even when no role is listed.

Three founders: Mat, Berouz, Mattia. The shop and packing teams are small. No middle management.
Sister business next door on Brockley Rise: Rinds & Vines, a cheese and wine shop. We share suppliers and occasionally team members.

An eye for produce. You can spot a bruised apple at a glance.
Reliable. Early starts on packing days. Weekend cover in the shop.
Honest. If something goes wrong, we hear it from you, not from a customer.
Genuinely interested in food and where it comes from.
No formal qualifications needed.

The Product
First pick of seasonal fruit and veg. Take home what would otherwise go to waste. Coffee on the house when you are working the shop.
Training
Real responsibility from week one. Depending on the role: quality control, supplier visits, customer comms, dispatch logistics, espresso training, till and stock work.

Small. You speak to Mat, Berouz or Mattia directly.
Pay
Above London Living Wage. Reviewed as skills develop.

Packing & dispatch · Full or part-time
Owns the morning packing run. Quality control on the produce coming in, leading the packing team, signing off the dispatch report before the courier arrives.

Front of house. Coffee, customers, restock, light kitchen prep. We will train you on the machine if you have not used one.
