- Preheat the oven to 170°
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add broccoli florets and cook them until tender. Drain broccoli and place them into a mixing bowl. Break them with a fork (you do not need to mash them).
- Add beaten eggs, tuna, béchamel sauce, grated cheese, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
- Mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
- Grease a high-sides baking dish with butter and pour in the broccoli mixture.
- Level the surface with a spatula and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

Additional tips
This is a rather simple broccoli quiche recipe, but without the puff pastry. If you like that ingredient, you can add it and roll it onto a greased cake pan and pour in the filling.You can serve it with sour cream mixed with herbs like coriander or chives.
