Celery and Turkey Salad

  • 500 g turkey breast sliced
  • 180 g celery sliced
  • 1 red apple peeled, cored and sliced
  • 40 g toasted hazelnuts chopped
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and cook sliced turkey until browned.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper and remove it from the heat. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
  • Place all the ingredients in a large serving bowl.
  • Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy.


Additional tips

  • You can coat turkey strips with flour combined with turmeric, sesame seeds and a pinch of cumin.
  • You can replace hazelnuts with walnuts or almonds.
  • Wash and dry celery, and remove the filaments.
